*Terms and Conditions for ‘Helping Buddy’ App*

These terms and conditions govern your use of the app provided by Helping Buddy. By using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
*1. Purpose of the App:*
- The ‘Helping Buddy’ facilitates the celebration of birthdays for underprivileged children by connecting them with individuals who share the same birthday. Users can participate in events and contribute to creating memorable experiences for these children.
*2. Eligibility:*
- Users must be at least 18 years old to register and use the App.
- Users must provide accurate and truthful information during the registration process.
- To maintain transparency and accuracy, we only publish user-created campaigns on our app and website after verifying their originality. If any campaign is found to be misleading, it will be instantly terminated.
- We have right to reject any kind of untruthful and misleading documents.
- User must not use our app for promotion of any kind of illegal, criminal, and unethical activity.
*3. Account Registration:*
- Users are required to create an account to access the features of the App.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and are liable for all activities that occur under their account.
*4. Birthday Celebrations:*
- Users participating in birthday celebrations must adhere to the guidelines provided by Helping Buddy.
- Please note that ‘Helping Buddy’ is not accountable for the actual delivery of gifts or any conflicts that may arise between users.
*5. Blood Donation:*
- Users engaging in blood donation activities must comply with all relevant laws and regulations regarding blood donation.
- ‘Helping Buddy’ serves as a platform to connect donors and those in need; however, it is not responsible for any issues arising during the donation process.
- ‘Helping Buddy’ does not demand money for any blood donation.
*6. Fundraising:*
- Fundraising campaigns must comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- ‘Helping Buddy’ is not responsible for the success or failure of fundraising campaigns, and users acknowledge that donations are made at their discretion.
*7. User Conduct:*
- Users agree to use the App for lawful and ethical purposes.
- Users will treat each other with respect and sensitivity, especially when interacting with underprivileged children.
*8. Celebratory Events:*
- Users may organize or participate in celebratory events for underprivileged children through the App.
- All events must comply with local laws and regulations.
- Users are responsible for their actions during events and must ensure the safety and well-being of the participating children.

- We prioritize the privacy and security of user information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
*10. Donations:*
- Users may have the option to make voluntary donations to support the organization's mission.
- We are proud to say that we never demand donations for our cause
- Every donation that is collected on our platform is given to the intended cause, and users or individuals.
- User can donate at their own will, also to register in our app we never charge any fees to our users.
- All donations are non-refundable.
*11. User Content:*
- Users are solely responsible for the content they post on the App.
- Users grant ‘Helping Buddy’ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute their content for the purpose of promoting the App.
- By registration through our app user allow us to showcase their provided information on our app and website for their convenience.
*12. Termination:*
- Helping Buddy reserves the right to terminate or suspend user accounts that violate these Terms or engage in inappropriate conduct.
- Any registered user found engaging in illegal campaign activities will face instant suspension of their account.
*13. Changes to Terms:*
- Helping Buddy may update these Terms from time to time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the App after changes indicates acceptance of the new Terms.
